These terms govern your use of the Kegel Lady mobile app and the kegellady.com website, provided by Erhan Keleş – ZANTADE. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Medical disclaimer: Kegel Lady is not a medical device; it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Content is for general information and exercise guidance. If you are pregnant, gave birth less than 6 weeks ago, or have pelvic pain, a feeling of heaviness/pressure, bleeding or any other health concern, consult your doctor or a pelvic floor physiotherapist before starting. Stop if you feel pain.

1. The service

Kegel Lady provides a personalised pelvic floor exercise program, timer, progress tracking and reminders. We may change, improve or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the app.

3. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

The first 3 days are free. A monthly or yearly subscription is required to continue.
Subscriptions may start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your chosen plan will be charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account (Play Store › Payments & subscriptions; on iPhone, Settings › Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled under the policies of Google Play or Apple. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Prices are as shown in the store and may change with prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app only for personal, lawful purposes. Copying, reverse engineering, or reproducing or selling its content without permission is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

The Kegel Lady name, logo, illustrations, texts and software belong to or are licensed by ZANTADE. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence or your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Privacy

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Kütahya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
