1. Who we are
The Kegel Lady mobile app and the kegellady.com website are provided by Erhan Keleş – ZANTADE (sole proprietorship).

This policy is prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data processed in the app
2.1 Data that stays on your phone

Answers about your symptoms may be health data. They never leave your device; we do not collect, view or share them.
Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your phone; no information is sent to a server for this.
2.2 Subscriptions and purchases
Payments are taken by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS); your card details are never shared with us. To check whether your subscription is active we use the subscription provider RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous app user ID and your purchase record (product, date, country/currency, trial and renewal status). Your name, email and health answers are not shared.
2.3 Crash reports and usage statistics
To improve the app we use Google's Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics. These may process device model, OS version, app version, language/country, crash logs and anonymous usage events such as "session completed". Your name and onboarding answers are not sent to these tools. We do not use the advertising ID and there are no ads in the app.
3. Data processed on the website
- Support form: your name, email, subject, message, date and IP address, used only to reply to you and prevent abuse.
- Cookies: No tracking or advertising cookies. A temporary session cookie protects the support form.
- Fonts: Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
- Server logs: Our host (Hostinger) may keep standard access logs for security.
4. Purposes and legal bases

Your health-related answers are processed only on your device, under your control, and not by us.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with providers needed to run the service, and only as much as needed:
- Google (Google Play, Firebase) – USA and other countries
- Apple (App Store) – USA
- RevenueCat, Inc. – USA
- Hostinger – website hosting
Where providers are outside your country, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR) and KVKK Art. 9.
6. Retention
- Data on your device: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- Support emails and messages: up to 2 years after the request is closed.
- Subscription records: for legally required periods.
- Crash logs: Firebase's standard retention (about 90 days).
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, ask who it was shared with and seek compensation for damage (KVKK Art. 11). If you live in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the rights to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Send requests to destek@kegellady.com. We reply within 30 days.
8. Deleting your data
You can delete all in-app data via Settings › Reset program or by uninstalling the app. For subscription and support records see Delete Your Data.
9. Age requirement
Kegel Lady is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Security
The website uses HTTPS and support records are accessible only to authorised staff. Data on your device is protected by your phone's screen lock and operating system.
11. Changes and contact
